Family Dog Beginners Training Videos Our Brand New 2021 Edition is Here! The benefit to the Training Videos is that you can watch them, and review them at anytime. Our Family Dog Beginner Training video course is 6 sets of lessons. Each lesson consists of 5 modules for a total of 30 videos. The videos are between 5 and 10 minutes and each video works on 1 thing only. If you have taken our Puppy Preschool Program, this course will solidify what your dog has learned, while taking their training to the next level. As this is a 6 week course, do lesson 1 the first week, lesson 2 the following week, and so on. We recommend you watch 1 video per day but include the training from the previous videos in your daily training. The lessons include leash walking, come, sit, down, stay, distraction work, leave it, jumping up, recall, as well as games to build calmness, proximity to you, disengagement and more. Included is a link to our Family Dog Socialization sheet. Dogs should continue to be socialized during the first year and periodically throughout their life.
