Pet First Aid Course We love our dogs and spend a lot of money on training, accessories, food, toys, beds and other things. Why not give them the ultimate gift by making sure you’re prepared for the unexpected? The Walks ‘N’ Wags Pet First Aid course includes recognizing illness, restraint, transportation, various wounds, bone and joint injuries, poisoning, allergies, infections, bloat, seizures, choking, artificial respiration, CPR and more! A 76-page workbook is included. You may bring your dog if it is friendly with other dogs and people, and will remain quiet in their crate or lie on its bed by your side for long periods of time. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. If your dog shows signs of stress, causes distractions, or is uncomfortable in the class, please have someone on standby to come and pick them up as they will not be allowed to remain in the class. If you do not plan to bring a dog, please mark NA next the the questions on the registration form regarding your dog. This class is only offered at our Ajax location.
