Jana Seymour has been part of the Who’s Walking Who family since 2000. Her journey into dog training began thanks to her spirited Jack Russell Terriers, Fez Marie and Ashburn Annie, who introduced her to the world of canine behaviour, Jack Russell Rescue, and eventually a leadership role as Past President of the Jack Russell Terrier Club of Canada. As always, Jana dove in with both feet—volunteering, training, and competing. Over the years, she has worked with her dogs in Rally Obedience, Agility, Disc, and even as performers with The WoofJocks Canine All-Star Performance Team. Her current pack includes Fonzi and Brush, two lively Jack Russells who keep her on her toes. In 2025, Jana proudly took over ownership of Who’s Walking Who, continuing its 35+ year legacy while infusing it with a fresh, modern approach rooted in one clear purpose: helping both ends of the leash. Her focus is not just on training dogs—but on coaching, educating, and supporting the people holding the leash. She believes confident, connected owners are the key to happy, well-adjusted dogs. Outside the training ring, Jana is a proud mom to teens Audrey and Abigail. She brings over 20 years of experience from her role as a Senior Learning Consultant in the federal civil service, where she specializes in performance improvement, adult education, and instructional design. Her love for learning and teaching carries over into every class she leads. Jana is Pet First Aid certified and proudly serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Professional Dog Trainers (CAPDT). Her motto? Life’s too short not to have fun—especially with dogs.

Nicole grew up with dogs her entire life and each one was unique. Her journey with each dog has been a learning experience. She began her training journey with her Corgi which faced challenges overcoming grief, loss, his own illness and disabilities as well as adjusting to a new puppy being brought into her home. Nicole had difficulties finding a trainer that could help. Instead of giving up, she found a wonderful Behavioural Expert who coached her on a path of games based/concept training, shape work and behavioural ques. The Behaviourist then referred her to Who’s Walking Who for continued training. We watched Nicole learn how to be a better dog parent and trainer each and every week and asked her to join our team in 2024.
